I invite you to meet the knowledge, the models and the tools that let us invent the sustainable futures we desire. The sad news is that the current situation for people on Earth can bedescribed as a funnel with ever-diminishing room for health, goodeconomy and welfare.  The global situation can be likened to a funnel. The good news is that the innovative knowledge, to lead us towards the opening of and out of the funnel, already is here!
For decision making and planning to be strategic and handle complex issues successfully, we need an overview. Inorder to get this overview we can use systems thinking. Through systemsthinking we may create an understanding of how everything in the systemis connected and what strategy leads to success. Sustainable FuturesEurope employs the "Five-level model for planning in complex systems",developed by The Natural Step International together with scientists and taught at the international Master's programme in Strategic Leadership Towards Sustainability at Blekinge Institute of Technology, as a framework for understanding and meeting the challenges of our time.
